They wouldn't refund the second one because they said they already sent it .we had to wait for both rings to come in not good quality send back asking for refund said they were on it but never did it.so we had to fight them with our credit card company which they drag it out so long that our credit card company put the charge back on our card in October 2019. That we waited to long to fight witch was 100 days because you have to try and go throw vancaro to get a refund. They drug it out we hit the deadline in fighting it so they had to reimburse the charge a $338 please do not buy from this Vancaro. They don't send you what it looks like on the internet and when you sent it back they don't give you your refund. So you're out the product and the money. I pray that they get what they deserve"
