"Calling and leaving messages and emailing my mistake for them to correct was handled only by email. After they confirmed my order they then responded to my issue by acknowledging it. And then in a later email they said that it would be corrected. Then the emails came for the processing, shipping progress,delivery. The whole time they were in communication with me by email. I feel that concern for my order was well cared for and the ring quality was not a novelty or a gum ball ring as I read in other reviews. I like all aspects of the ring. Like ordering, communicating,receiving and quality."
