Delay after delay on shipping parts out

"Told us they had all the parts ready to ship out except one. That part was to take 2 days and then everything would ship out. 3 days later now none of the parts are there and said it would take 3 weeks as everything was backordered. Called 3 weeks later and now saying 3 more weeks. Won't be ordering from autoparts.toyota again"

"I bought a car part to have delivered to vandergriff and the next day followed up with a call to see when I could expect the part to come in and was lied to and was told that the part was on backorder when in reality the dealership didn’t want to pay the extra freight charge to have the part shipped to them so I could come and pick it up. Still waiting on my part. "

Still Waiting For What Is Owed

"The buying process was full of BS. Saying Toyota Certified is treated as a “Gold Standard” is a joke. Seats were dirty, dents in the hood, missing floor mat and we agreed to two working keyfobs. Took them two weeks and me constantly calling and even driving to the dealership just to get that scheduled. They had the truck for several hours and when they said it was ready, I get there to be told the guy who programs the keyfobs has my info and will call me. Two weeks go by, STILL NOTHING. I’ve called and chatted through the website and still no returns to my calls. Y’all still owe me two key fobs. "

Missing part of order

"I thought this was going to be a great place to buy from. I got my order in, after a few weeks I got the shipping notification. When my package arrived I was missing parts. Online showed my order had be fulfilled. I’ve tried calling many times, and have been told my parts will ship out soon. I think they are just telling me this to make me stop calling. It has been 2 months now since I my shipment missing some of my parts arrived and I have yet to see or hear from them."

Awesome Experience with Online Parts

"I purchased some parts for my 2015 Highlander using the online part ordering system. It was very easy to use, and the prices were really low. "Typically dealership parts department with poor communication and follow up concerning status of parts. Website reads my order status can be tracked online or send and email for updates. I waited two days for a response but had to call parts department. The online person was not very help and express appreciation for my patience or business. Never said thank you just hangs up phone. "
