"I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress for 148,21 euro. I paid 16.95 extra to get the right size and I had to pay 40 euro to the customs. (total amount also of 188 euro)
The dress was too small. I cannot close the zipper. It looks cheap and is very heavy.
I got a refund of 90 euro. They want me to go to a local tailor to remake the dress, That is not possible because there is not enough material. They wanted to give a refund of 120 euro when I send the dress back. Then I had nothing and still lost 68 euro. Now I have a gown that does not fit and a loss of 98 euro, I think I will use the material to make a dress for my granddaughter,"

"Has anyone received their order???????????????????Its eight weeks and still don't have my dress. The parcel was incorrectly addressed. Will not send me my fully paid for item. Is this site legitimate? Dont think so. They just take your money, send an incorrectly addressed parcel and then offer you a 60% refund. Not good enough."

"I decided to buy my dress online.. After reading some reviews and checking out some sites i ended up on vbridal. I brought my dress with just looking at 2 pictures. When it first arrived in a very small package my heart skipped a beat. But then when i unpacked it it was amazing. Vbridal's customer service scared me at first with how nice they were before and after placing the order. They speak really great english and we perfectly understood eachother. The material they use is super high quality and the dress fits me great (custom made). The prices are very low. I tried dressess in two different countries and i couldnt find anything to enjoy (too expensive, too heavy, too ugly.. i've had them all) I'm two months away from my big date and i already tried the dress like a milion times. its nice, easy, soft.. perfect! I placed my order somewhere mid june and it arrived really quick. I did not expected it to be in my hands so fast. The only minus was on my side because DHL gave me an extra bill for shopping outside the EU but Vbridal split the bill with me and it was perfect in the end. Anyways.. i kissed myself in the mirror for choosing VBRIDAL. DO NOT WORRY. Just place your order and wait for it.. MAGIC WILL HAPPEN!"

"I ordered my bridal dress from VBridal (and custom sized it) and I cannot be any happier. The dress was exactly as seen and it fit me perfectly, no extra hemming was needed on my end. My dress even came with a belt (2 different styles) which I saw in the picture online but since I didn’t see any mention of a belt in my instructions for ordering I had assumed that I would have to buy my own belt so I made no mention of a belt when I ordered. To my surprise the company promptly contacted me to ask me which belt style I preferred and when I asked them to make my choice of belt be royal blue to match my bridal party they did so without hesitation or extra fees. The customer service is amazing in this company. My dress arrived just 2 weeks after I ordered and I live in Canada while the dress was made in China. The only thing that you must note though is that customs (depending on your country) charges quite a bit for such a garment. So I did have to pay lots there. So be sure to add about $80 above your total dress price to cover the customs cost. Overall, VBridal is excellent in my eyes."
