"My experience with Velocity Micro has always been spectacular. The two machines I've purchased from Velocity have been iron clad, always stable and run, run, run. I've never call customer service unless I needed to upgrade or have Velocity do maintenance on one of my machines. The machine I just ordered is my post pandemic, retirement machine that hopefully carries me well into my 70's. I'm 68 so I've set the bar pretty low. We'll see if my third machine is made with the same attention to detail and professionalism as my first two machines. "
"Out of the box the laptop screen was not functioning. I am an IT professional, so I was able to get it functioning by connecting it to a secondary monitor and changing settings. I opened an incident on the support site. Even though I updated the ticket to let them know that I got it working, I expected to be contacted by their support, but I did not hear from them. "
