"I ordered on a custom gaming pc on March 26th. The expected ship date was four weeks. I received it on May 18th. They did send me an email informing me of the delay. Not happy, but ok. Since it has arrived I've had an issue, the system totally locks up, making the only way to shut down is using the button on the top of the box. The freeze up is complete, no mouse, no keyboard command will work. I thought it may be a mouse driver, and downloaded iCue for my Courser gaming mouse. The key board is Logitech, nothing fancy. That did not fix the freezing issue.
I then emailed Josh. He had reported the issue, someone would contact me. His reply was FAST, 30 minutes. I was very pleased.. lol. That is where service ended. The next day I reached out to him again, stating that no one had called. His reply was put in a support ticket and he gave me the link. I did, twice! As of today, June 11th, I have not received a reply from anyone! NOTHING. This computer cost over 4k, and it had to be completely paid up front! I had read reviews and the worst thing I saw was that it would take longer than promised. Of the ones around support there seemed to be no real issues, and customers were being taken care of.
This was a gift for my husband. Once the card I used for the purchase on was paid off I planned on purchasing one for myself. We are Gamers! At this rate.. It does not look like I will NOT be a returning customer. I spent 20+ years as a Support Manager for a major software company. If anyone in our department had ignored a service request, they would not be employed for long. I'm at a loss.. I do not know how to get this issue corrected. "

"1st of all I want to give 5 stars, but I have 2 issues. The build time went about 10 days over what they initially said. This wouldn't have been a problem if they had contacted me and let me know there was a delay. But I had to contact them. The other is the fact that I added Microsoft office 21 to the order, and I expected it to be installed. Instead what I received was the software in the Box. Once again, if the website had been clear that the software didn't come installed I would have no problem with it, but my expectation was for it to be installed. The computer itself is great, the staff was great, just a few little issues."

"After having purchased two Velocity Micro computers in the past, and finding them outstanding, I contacted them about a very high end system. I spoke with Paul, who was informative, friendly, and patient -- and I bought a great system.
I can't tell you how wonderful it is to speak to a computer specialist who speaks American English and who can answer any question.
I have had a lot of computers. Some were crap. Some were okay. But when to open up a Velocity Micro system and see the painstaking detail that went into its creation, there is no going back.

"I ordered a pc for busines’home use.
Excellent customer support.
However, pc arrived with noisy power supply which should have been caught by quality control. Instead of shipping the pc back for repair they gave me the choice of replacing power supply by myself, they supplying the part. I did the repair.
Machine is generally built well, but mediocre upper fans are noisy, and I find the fan wiring arrangement odd: the intake fans are tied to the cpu fan, not individually controlled. Also, the upper usb-c port is inoperative with no indicator to that effect.
I also ordered the monitor from VM, and it was shipped separately. VM charged almost double the retail price! "
"I don't think I've experienced better customer service from anyone and certainly not for PC's. They responded to my emails and calls when I reached out very fast. No automation system, just friendly informed people who know what they're talking about and don't act like they know more than their customer even though they probably do for most. Either way that's the best quality to have in customer service so 10/10 there for them.
The only thing I had to wait on was DDR5 for my build. I kind of went all out on this and they had all of the other parts in a few weeks. (GPU, CPU, etc.) I received my PC just shy of 3 months of purchase date, but again chip shortages are real and doubly so for DDR5 memory. Had I gone with DDR4 yeah, I could've had it a month or so sooner, so if waiting is a factor for you then know that DDR5 alone will potentially increase your wait time. Otherwise, they are very fast and the actual act of them building, and shipping takes them little time.
As for using my PC I immediately was saying this was worth it within a few hours of use. Right out of the box the thing starts up. No bloatware at all just a clean ready to use system. There is a reason these guys market performance over everything else and I couldn't be happier.
My one and only suggestion is that they put a foam/cardboard piece inside the PC to reduce any and all GPU sagging while in transportation. Although rare, I have seen that cause damage before in transportation to the port and considering prices of these things I think padding is a small price to make sure damage doesn't occur. One replacement because of it would cost more than to pad many PCs."
