"I sent my 6 rotor drone from California to their office in New York for repair of three arms, One landing gear leg, and a broken camera. You have to send your remote control unit with your drone. Mine came back with a dent in the face. The landing gear worked once and now will not go back down completely. The three rotor arms are the only thing that seemed to work well aside from the complete real placement of the camera. There is poor communication at their end when dealing with customers as the emails keep getting sent around to other departments. I will never use them again for my business."
