"During Christmas season my wife ordered a set of goggles for me. I got 2 sets and they billed me for 2 sets. I called there customer service line and literally waited hours before I could talk to any one. Finally talked to some one they gave me a ups call tag to send one set back and I did. My tracking # showed it was delivered, I still to this day have not been contacted or my money refunded by Yuneec. I had to contact my credit card co and file a claim with them to get my money back. BTW the goggles are a joke and I did ask them if I could return the other set I got for Christmas and they asked it they had been opened and yes they were. There policy is no returns on opened items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!"
