"Somewhat dissatisfied with receiving my order... Today is 11/24/15... I placed the order on 11/17/15 and just yesterday received an email stating order has shipped. Tracking status indicates a label has been created today. Maybe I'll receive the order within the next couple days. I've ordered other bags from Viking and the merchandise is great quality so it's worth the wait."

"The only problem I had with the installation was that they sent metric bolts for a Harley Soft tail fitment. I went to my local hardware store and purchased 4 stainless bolts and everything went together great. The bags look great and appear to be durable.

"These are wonderful bags and really quite surprising for the price. They look great on my Triumph Commander. The mounting is solid and the capacity of the extra-large hard bags is impressive. I have recommended these bags to two of my friends already. The bags were delivered within a couple of days after ordering them with no problems."

"The bags are really nice and the price was great as well although I haven't mounted then yet because I need to relocate my turn signals I held then next to my bike and they look fantastic so mounted they must look better. The design and quality are outstanding to say the least. I'm getting the parts I need to relocate my turn signals so I can mount and use the bags for a long Thanksgiving trip I'm going to be taking. Thanks Viking Bags for an outstanding bag at a good price. "

"This was the second time I chose to order Saddle Bags from Viking. On my first order last year the bags I ordered for my wife's 06 Suzuki C50 turn out to be to small. That cost me on having to ship them back to get my refund. After waiting a while and checking other sites Viking once again turn out to be the best deal. Viking bags look very nice and you can get them with key lock system. This time I choose to get the Trianon model with Studs. (VL-1035) This bag is Extra Large with universal fit. The Bags arrived with in 5 days . They come with Bracket hardware which is great but the Bolts were not long enough. I went to my True Value store and purchased 4 longer Metric Bolts. This I notice was a common complaint from other customers who bought these bags. Reviews I read stated this repeatedly but Viking Bags has not corrected this situation. That's the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5! Finally It was necessary for me to go to my local Power Sports store and have it installed. Putting them on requires at least to people to install them. And hopefully they are experience and don't drill any more holes in your Bags that you need ."

"I am very happy with these bags (Warrior Large). The quality is great and the price was exceptional. They include all hardware. It was packed properly and shipped fast for a fair shipping rate. The website is user friendly however there needs to be an easier way/filter to search for SIZE rather than selecting a bike first. The chat feature worked well Except for ONE person I ended up getting one evening. "Michael", he was rude and not interested in hearing me. The other folks were VERY helpful as I took many days in making a decision and asked many detailed questions."

"Viking Bags, it looked like a great deal. They were having a sale, they had bags I liked and then I started the purchase. I needed to relocate the turn signal and they have a relocation bar that's free if you purchase a set of bags. But you have to use a discount code to get the free bar and you can only use one. So I couldn't use the Halloween discount they were offering. ok, I decide to order anyway. Order on the 23rd, and on the 26th I get an email that they have shipped and here's my tracking number, great, so I thought. I keep checking it and the tracking number never updates. So, in the email it says they should be delivered the 28th maybe the 29th at the latest. The 28th comes, no bags. I check the tracking and no updates, I check Viking's website, order status still says approved. So I chat and see if there are any updates. The person says they will send a message to the shipper and to check back in 12 to 24 hours. Ok, next day, the 29th. Still no bags, so I go through the process again. Tracking number, no update, Viking, no changes so I chat. The person tells me they shipped, but there is a problem with the shipper. So you're telling me they didn't really ship? They say they will contact the shipper and get them to me asap. Now it's the 30th and I go through the motions. USPS, no update, Viking, no changes. Now it's the 31st and here I go again. I check the post office's website, lo and behold the received it on the 30th and it will be here today. And it actually got here today. The product seems like a good product, I think Viking needs to change the way they sell things, the fact that you can only use one coupon code to get either the item they say is free or their discount doesn't seem right to me. Also, after contacting them twice via their chat features, there was no follow up email to let me know what was going on with my order. These disappointments take away from how nice the product may be."
