"The website is very misleading. No where does it say that you have to drill holes in the saddlebags to hard mount the bags to the bike. The site gives the impression that the bags are custom fit for my road star warrior. I'm not even sure the bags will work on my bike but I can't return or lose $50 in shipping charges. Other than that, the bags appear to be of good quality construction. I'll just have to get the courage to drill holes in the bags and hope that the holes are in the right location."

"Bags were nice. They were suppose to be a fit for my bike but they are very close to the rear brake caliper. I tried to move them around but it is very limited on where they can go. Plus the directional relocation kit didn't have the right bolts. I had to go up to the hardware store and buy some. You get what you pay for I guess."

"The saddlebags are very nice, good quality and sturdy. However, if you own a Harley the hardware that comes with this bags are metric and will not work unless you want to use the sloppy fitting "Universal Hardware". Not a big deal if your prepared to run to Home Depot and pick up the right bolts. Just be aware! It would also have been nice if you didn't need the key each and every time you wish to open them. But still, overall the bags themselves are nice and look great once installed."

"When you order bags it says they will fit your bike model, but when you get them they don't fit. Then you have to order a different mounting kit. The only one that would work was the quick disconnect mounts. They should specify this in the very beginning and offer it as a package. Then when the mounting kit came one of the locks would not lock and my husband had to take it apart and rebuild it. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the service. "
