"I ordered retail Office 2003 product and did not receive the Certificate of Authenticity which is required in order for a license to be valid according to the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer said I should return the "suspect product" to VioSoftware because I did not get the license which I paid for. VioSoftware would not accept my return because I had opened it. They gave me another contact to get a refund directly from the manufacturer. Now I have to wait and see if I will get my money back. If you are purchasing software that you want to be "completely" legal, especially for a business, then I would not recommend VioSoftware. The software that I received did not appear to be pirated, I just did not get all of the docs that the manufacturer requires to have a valid license to use the software. Note: 2 of the customer reps said that many of the products from the maker of Office that VioSoftware sells do not include a COA. That is a big warning sign to purchase elsewhere."
