"Upon receipt computer did not work - no graphic output. At 10pm on a saturday I called their tech support number and believe it or not I got a human. He suggested I re-seat the graphics card since in his experience they can come loose during shipment. While doing so I noticed two of the clips holding down the memory chips were not set. So, I reset the graphics card and made sure the memory chips were solidly in place and, wala, all worked perfectly.

The most amazing thing is that I got live tech support guy on a saturday night!"
