"We were very happy with the service Ruby gave us in choosing options for our new computer. We told her we didn't know what we needed and she could easily have "taken us" and fixed us up with all sorts of things we didn't need. But she was patient to explain things to us and didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't need.
Our computer was ready when we were told it would be and easy to pick up at the store.
When I called tech support about the terrible color the first thing I was told to do was check the connections. Yes, that was the problem....a loose connection. Now we have color and speed. Getting used to Windows 7 Home &tudent is a challenge to us but we are working things out.
We are very pleased with Vision and will recommend it to others.
