"I placed my order of the internet and within a few hours received a phone call to confirm my order. The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. My computer arrived within the time frame I was given. I contacted support to ask for help on a software related issue by email and promptly received a phone call from them to offer assistance. I highly recommend Vision. Their customer service and support are excellent which is almost a thing of the past."

"I am SO pleased! I had a real emergency (my computer crashed), and Vision came through for me with flying colors. Kudos also to Ruby Dunlap, who was so friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful in getting me what I needed. I would go there again and again if I needed help and would recommend this company to anyone. "

"I ordered and ended up cancaling and going with another company, but the customer service was unbelievable. They have a 3-year limited warranty which is better than everyone else (but not all that great when you read the fine print.) I would definitely order from them again if the deal was as good, better or even just a little bit worse than everyone else."

"6/5/2011- So Far... NOT TOO GOOD! I turned on my "new" computer for the second time and SURPRISE -IT doesn't work. Windows could not start. After an hour or so of waiting for Windows repair to run, it comes up but the screen is garbled up. I called tech support - which is not open today when I actually need them... Sunday. The message at the end says to call tech support with their number... however it is their number I called in the first place. Hopefully someone from VISION actually reads their reviews and will contact me to resolve the issue I am having. Just read on the invoice they have a 15 day return policy but with a 15% restocking fee.... so that comes to $ 269.40 on my new $ 1796.00 computer for a one time use if it can not be fixed... :( The tech service hours are not very convenient either.
6/6/2011 - Tech support has called me to respond (they are making an effort)however I was in a theater watching Kung Fu Panda 2 with my 7 y.o. daughter with my phone off and was unable to get back to them as it was after 6pm already. When I called the first time - I did call the correct number for tech support and have the cell phone time/date number of the call for proof! So if my call came in the main number Vision has something wrong with their phone system also. I will be calling Vision tech support shortly to let them know I am at work and will not be able to address the issues with my PC until I get home. I realize new PC's have issues and at this point - Vision's efforts to contact me regarding my issues is encouraging.
6/7/2011 reloaded driver for graphics card - took about two and a half hours with tech and waiting for download to finish. Computer now takes 7 minutes to start up. Old laptop is up and running in 1.25 minutes. Should a new i7 take 7 minutes to boot up or is something wrong here?
6/8/2011 called back tech support who ran through some other fixes and ended up restoring pc back to when I received. Reloaded Anti-virus and other software I had added and now the machine screams... boots in 45 secs to little over a minute. What I expected from the start. Who knows what actually happened and my earlier comments show my frustration in having issues with a new PC. Vision Techs have done everything reasonably possible to make me happy and satisfied. They went above and beyond - calling me in attempts to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Between work and other commitments I was unable to be on the phone with them sooner... but alls well that ends well. PC is working great and I am very satisfied with the support from Vision. Let's hope there are no further issues and my pc runs flawlessly from here on out.

the virtues of Vision...so when my old
home computer showed signs of giving up
I called VISION.

I was impressed with the knowledge of
the sales person. She guided me without
pressure in choosing the correct options
for my uses.

The main consideration in choosing
Vision was the promise of free tech
support.

When my new computer suffered 'blue screen
of death' crashes shortly after installation
I called...and true to Boortz...an AMERICAN
tech answered in seconds...he quickly guided\
me thru the procedures to enable his ability
to take control of my comp;uter. It was
fascinating watching his work on my monitor...
I saw manuevers I had no idea were possible.
He determined there was a glitch in the
Intel processor, downloaded new code and
installed it...

It was fascinating watching it and tho only 18
or so hours have passed the computer sweems
to have been 'cured'.

"Ordered desktop unit over the web, ease of page usage was extremely good, received telephone confirmation of my order within an hour. Ordered on Tuesday, received product on Thursday. "We are a small company and rely on 2 computers of which one totally crashed yesterday. I drove over to Vision Computers who understood my emergency and were quick to help me get a new computer and also recover data from my old one without which I would have been lost!
Customer service was impeccable and the knowledge that came along with it was immeasurable!

"We are VERY unhappy with followup on this order. My husband decided to 'surprise' his grandson's family with a new desktop computer, printer, etc.
Unfortunately, they had already decided to change over to a laptop. When he called back to cancel the order, he was told that there was no way to call back the shipment. It was not delivered for a few days after that, but his grandson told him that an order can be called back at any time---and he is a UPS driver--so he should know! He also was shocked to find out that when he obtained the RA number that there was not going to be a return label with free return postage sent!
He says this is common practice--especially for good customers! We had previously bought ourselves TWO desktops and ONE laptop in 2007, plus paid to have all THREE of them sent back to the factory for repairs, I believe in 2010.
SO, now we are stuck with both shipping and return charges--PLUS the cost of shipping the replacement laptop!!
Isn't this a little bit excessive????

"Fraud!! Bought a computer from the website and said it was in stock. It was shipped and arrived quickly, but was not what I bought. I bought an MSI AE2280 and was sent an MSI AE2050. I was told they would send the correct one out right away. A couple of days later I was told that the correct computer was not in stock and would not be in stock for a couple of weeks. They refused to put me on back order and instead refunded me the money. The deal seemed like it was too good to be true and it was. I will not be doing business with them again."
