"I ordered a core i5 to use as a gaming computer; and it is awesome! I currently play both Runes of Magic and Rifts, both on Max settings with no noticeable lag. "I originally went to Dell.com to meet my needs for this computer purchase. After lengthy delays in being able to meet the specific order request, I had to finally cancel my order with them 4 weeks after placing it. I then went to Vision and was able to get what I wanted in 4 days. I was delivered a superior product in a very reasonable amount of time. I have had no problems with my workstation since bringing it home. Thank you for such a wonderful customer experience."

"I just bought a new HP ProBook 4730s from Vision Computers to include a 3 year warranty and tech support. At this point I cannot give a great review because of numerous problems, which are probably not related to Vision at all. I think it started when Xobni, an add-on for Outlook, was identified as a virus by AVG. I installed AVG on the computer because it has been my antivirus s/w of choice for over 10 years. I did not deliberately download Xobni because I never heard of it and don't think I need it. The problems started when I used the import/export tool in Outlook to transfer my contacts from my old Dell. The new file needed a lot of editing. It was a mess. At some point as I was selecting different line items it appeared that the Control button was being held down and I ended up with multiple highlighted names. I could no longer type. I called Vision first since I paid for tech support. The first guy I talked to thought it might be sticky keys, and he told me to do several things that didn't work before he had me do a hard reboot. The problem went away, but it came back. Another problem was that all of a sudden when I tapped the arrow key the cursor jumped to the next word rather than to the next letter. Once again I could not type. The second Vision guy told me it was my fault because I didn't import the file correctly. He was not helpful. I called HP for a guide to the keystrokes. No luck. Finally I called AVG. They are trying to diagnose the problem. They wanted me to restore the computer to before this happened but I would lose hours of work transfering too many items. I am in a holding pattern right now waiting for their instructions. Outlook is almost impossible to use right now. I wrote two emails and tried to send but Outlook only gave me error messages. I copied the letters and tried to send them from my other computer. I got the same error messages. The password window keeps opening on both computers. I don't know if it is possible that my AVG license has corrupted Outlook on both PC's. I am at a loss. Tomorrow I will call AT&T my internet provider to see if there is a problem on their end. I rather doubt it. My first couple of days using the new computer were great, and I loved the speed and newness. It has been hard though because Windows 7 and Office 2010 are all new to me along with HP. I hope that in the future the Vision tech can help solve my problems and they won't be so hard. I did not ask for Xobni and don't even know what it does. If anyone can advise me on how to avoid these problems going forward that would be great. I hope things get easier with practice."

"-I got 8 megs of Ram for my Vision PC. Most other companies would say that "...you're on your own..." in terms of installing it and to MAKE SURE it was.
-But (and keep forgetting) it IS Vision. I immediately called Tech Support (who answered on the FIRST RING at 4:00pm), the technician walked me though it and even showed me how to verify the update in Windows 7.
-You would think that it's a simple thing - but I've suffered a stoke and it takes some time to input the instructions! The Vision tech support person made simple, non-threatening and calming instructions.
-With all that Vision has to offer (great products, prices and warranties, etc.) - who would buy from another company???

"Good Experience. Ruby was very good in helping me get the right combination of features for my new computer. Back order on docking station could have be notified earlier. Set-up good on everything except e mail, expected that! Don't like set-up and operation of of 2010 Outlook Express, first discusssion with Tech support did not solve problem, made it worse--had to go back to BellSouth. Will try again, after upcoming trip.
Should improve delivery area and process. After spending $2400, I don't expect to be sent to the back junk room to get my computer. Equipment should be delivered in the high class area. Customer experience should always be positive. For a guy who teaches management and marketing, this was a negative surprise.
Would love an ipad 2; great FOR AVIATION APPS!
