"I tried to use a free shipping offer and I keep getting error messages. I tried to use another offer for 10% off, same thing. With the combination of bad reviews and discount codes that don't work, I am done with this merchant."

"Items never left warehouse until my own email generated a trace a WEEK later. Customer Service doesn't know why! They don't care about their customers! Took two weeks to get product and the shipping costs are HIGH.
Avoid this business if you want GOOD service.

"I shop online frequently and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order on 5/18/08 for a $90 ring that was in stock. The availability was and still is "In Stock Ships next business day". It is now 5/30/08 and I have not received shipping confirmation which I expected to receive on 5/19/08. My Order Status and Tracking Number on VitaDigest.com are blank and have been since I placed the order. I tried to cancel my order on 5/27/08 because I had every reason to believe it was not in stock and they were not going to ship it to me so I wanted a refund. I received it today and am not satisfied with it. I just read their return policy for titanium, tungsten, and fine jewelry. I have to call them to get a RMA number and they charge a 45% restocking fee!!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! That's pretty much half of what I paid! I can't believe this. What a rip off! I have never been more dissatisfied with a purchase in my entire life."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I did a bulk ordering of diet bars for a few members of my personla training group. I comparison shopped at 4 different sites and one actually had a little better price, including the shipping. BUT I had a 10% off code for this site, so i went with them. They accepted my coupon code, took off the 10%, but when hit the submit button, they retracted the 10%!! I notified their customer service immediately, as I would cancel and go elsewhere if they would not honor their own coupon code. It took a day to get back to me and they said the problem could not be fixed as my card was already charged and the order had already shipped. I responded and demanded that they credit my card with that 10% ($14). It has been a week, I have sent two follow up e-mails, and no one has bothered to respond. I will never use them again, and i have posted a not at my gym telling everyone to avoid this site!!"

"It is the same story all over again. The product was not shipped on the day of the order, just information was sent to FedEx. Meanwhile they charge 50$ for the next day delivery. It is lousy company, never buy anything from them!!"

"Bait and Switch
I spoke to several different company reps regarding my order, none of which could give me a definitive answer as to why one price is posted but a different price is charged. The last one told me my order would be put on hold until a manager contacted me personally. I waited all day without a manager ever contacting me after I was assured several times that one would, instead they cancelled my order without contacting me. I have sent several emails and even copied and pasted the entire page with the stated prices, several times. I have even left voice mail messages with my call back number trying to get this resolved. Their customer service has been a joke and certainly not professional in the least. No one has had the common courtesy to even respond to the question regarding the discrepancy in prices after repeated attempts. The disputed prices are still posted on the site. The advertising of one price and then charging another is considered illegal.

"The website is well laid out, and finding the product I wanted was simple. The Check out was simple and clear, yahoo store style, however Vitadigest did not ship my order as requested on the site. There are numerous shipping options during the checkout process. The shipping options are Ground under $50, Ground over $50, Free shipping, 2nd Day, Next Day, USPS for APO/PO Box, and International Express. I do not have a physical delivery address at my house for the USPS. Shipping did occur quickly within 2 days of my order, however my confirmation email tracked a USPS shipment, which USPS will not deliver. When I called Vitadigest to have the order revised I was informed that they would do nothing with the order until the product was refused and returned by USPS undeliverable and then they would resend the box. It has been nearly 1 month since the order was placed and still have not received it. I reordered from bodybuilding.com and received the order in 3 days. Consequently I have contacted Vitadigest to inform them of my dissatisfaction and my request for credit on the product including shipping. I don't imagine this poor level of service and response is typical of Vitadigest, however my experience should be noted and considered when shipping an item from this company.

"Ordered Christmas gift December 9, 2007. When it was opened Christmas Day it was found to be defective. It is now January 3rd and I've not been able to contact this company to obtain a replacement item that works. Additional products in the order were accurate and functioning, but because I can't reach their customer service regarding the defective item I have to say that dealing with this company has been a negative experience."

"Item was order for a Christmas Present. Order status shows item was shipped via Fed-x ground on Dec 14th. Today is Jan 2, 2008. Nothing here yet.

Called Vitadigest on Jan 3rd. They tell me the order was cancelled on Dec 19th.
I did NOT cancel the order and if they tell me it was shipped on the 14th.... Well, you figure it out.

I'd suggest you shop elsewhere. This was going to be a Christmas present. Had they contacted me promptly I would have had plenty of time to order this item from one of many others that are selling this same product. NOTHING is more frustrating than an online merchant with this type of lame customer service. In all the years of online purchases this has been one of my worst experiences.

"Item was delivered in a timely manner, but was dead on arrival. They make you jump through hoops to get RMA #. After obtaining a RMA I shipped it back next day air only for them to say that it was not received. After contacting customer service they stated the warehouse has not checked the item and won't until Friday. This is 10 days after receiving the DOA item. So much for this Christmas gift. Like they care. They don't respond to e-mail that is supposed to be answered in 1 business day."
