"Unbelievably poor service, do not ever shop there! This company gladly took my order, then asked for additional info as I placed the order from overseas. In spite of my prompt reply with all the info they required, I never received any further information or contact. When I went in to check my order status today, it said !Order cancelled" with no information or communication! I have never before enountered such inefficient, unhelpful or inappropriate "service"! "

"I am extremely displeased. I had called a few hours after I had placed an order and told customer service to cancel the order. They said no problem. I had ordered something and paid for overnight shipment and was told that my order would ship in the next few days. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR OVERNIGHT WHEN ITS NOT GOING TO SHIP FOR A FEW DAYS????????? it makes no sense. Now I just received an email stating my order was shipped? I DONT WANT IT. "POOR SERVICE ! I would not buy from them again. Items were supposedly shipped on 10/11/07 and delivered on the 15th. Items were NOT shipped on the 11th, data was just transmitted to FedEx on the 11th. After the 15th came and went, I emailed Vitadigest inquiring as to when items would be delivered. There website says they reply to all emails within 1 business day, I still have yet to hear from them. Fedex Ex pulled the 15th as delivery date and changed it to the 25th. Terrible way to treat a new customer. 2 weeks shipping time is unheard of these days for Instock items. In my opinion it is just a person sitting at home pretending to be a company who knows how to use Sitebuilder."

My credit card was charged immediately, but after 15 days my order has not shipped yet and I got no answer to my e-mails.
Fedex traking number states "Package data transmitted to FedEx", that's it. The actual package was never sent to Fedex for shipment."

It took a week to straighten out their mistake and get the order shipped and then an additional week to get the order. E-mails from them could have been better written by a first-grader. I would not recommend this company to anyone, including an enemy."
"Dishonest. I placed an order for several items and then a couple of days later received a phone call to tell me that one item was out of stock. Since my order was over $100 I am entitled to free shipping. An honest merchant would ship the items in stock and then ship the remainder when available. And for the size of the order, both shipments should be free. But no - as of August 3 I am still waiting. Moreover, they sent me an email claiming the entire order had been shipped. Each item is enumerated separately and the item out of stock is explicitly described as already shipped. They even give a tracking number but upon looking it up at Fedex, what they have done is just transmit the package data. Fedex hasn't even picked up the package. "
"On order# 285748 it was horrible. Misleading info on site indicating items in stock, but they weren't. Fake "Shipped" Status when not only was it not shipped, FedEx hadn't even been contacted and they knew items were back-ordered, but did not change the fake "Shipped" status, notify me of the back order or even take responsibility for the failure when, 2 days later it hadn't shipped. Sad Customer service (I work in Customer Service Management) rep that States, "I can't do nothing...its out of our hands...if it doesn't get there its FedEx's fault..." even though the package still hadn't been picked up by FedEx. The Worst failure, CS and lack of responsibility I have encountered in all of my online ordering over the last few years. A little pro-activity, honesty and effort to satisfy the customer rather than misleading the customer to hold them off until they get their Sh#$t together and get it shipped even late so they can screw you on the refund."
"Delivery was horrible. I understand I chose ground shipping, but when it was a week and a half later and I still hadn't received my item I got worried and called. The website said it had shipped so I was worried that it got lost. When I got a hold of someone at the company they said that the item hadn't arrived at their warehouse yet and it was set to be delivered that day and they would upgrade my shipping for free to 2-day air and she said she would call me back later that day to confirm. I said that would be fine. She never called back, but I just figured she got busy and forgot. 3 business days had come and passed and I still hadn't received my item so I called back again and got the same song and dance "item is coming in today, upgrade shipping for free, call you later, etc." I explained that I was told the same thing 3 days prior and was more than a little upset. This woman promised me she would call me later, and she did, and almost 2 and a half weeks after I purchased it I *FINALLY* received my item, but I don't feel as if paying a few dollars less was worth the hassle and the wait."
"Not too happy to say the least - when I placed my order I requested Fedex shipping as this is automatically insured and I therefore wouldn't need to spend extra on shipping insurance. I later was notified that my purchase had shipped via USPS and presumably uninsured. I wrote to Vitadigest querying this and have yet to see a response. "I placed an order on their site and the item was listed as in stock and I was told it would ship the following day. Two days later I received an email stating that the item was not in stock and that within two business days I would be fully refunded. It has now been 7 business days and I still have no refund. They are thiefs. I am having to go to the credit card company to get a refund through them. Never order from this merchant.
After three more days and another 5 emails. They have still not refunded my money. I am have filed a complaint with the area BBB, my credit card company and the local police. They will steal your money. "

"I made a small mistake in the order address. They requested I call their number. BUt no one would answer the phone, not at "customer service", nor at "oders" nor at even the "operator."
So, according to their instructions, I sent them an email correcting the address.
Guess what. 6 hours later I get an email saying the order has been sent to the wrong address.
WHy are these people still in business, they have not right to be.
I am sending this only to back my objection sent to my credit card company.
