"These people are real weasels! I buy a lot on the internet, and most people are honest and truthful. I ordered a product from VitaDigest Sept.24, 2005, which their website indicated was in stock. The following day I got a UPS tracking number and a notice the product was shipped. When I called on October 5, 2005 having not received the product, after many phone calls that said there was no-one to take my call, "Amy" answered and told me that the product was backordered, that an e-mail had been sent telling me the tracking number was wrong, but.... my card had been charged for the item. Right up until I called, the UPS tracking number still said the order was shipped, and their web site still says the item is in stock and if purchased, would be shipped the next day. Of course there was no other e-mail, other than the one lying about the product being sent.
All other websites were back-ordered on this item, and said so, but these dishonest people would have you believe they had the item, and had shipped it, so you would buy from them and they could trick you into believing it was sent. I am sure they hoped it would arrive at their warehouse so they could then say it was sent, when you called to complain. Shame on you, VitaDigest!!!! You are dishonest and not worthy of my business. Oh, and you had better credit my card immediately as you never had the product to begin with. BUYER BEWARE of these bad merchants!!"

"Beware of this merchant. I was sent the wrong item. I sent an email asking them to overnight the correct merchandise as I needed it right away. Several days after sending the email and no response, I called and only reached a voice mail. There was never a response. I sent several emails becoming more and more threatening. Finally, after a total of 13 days, I received a response to my first email. They refused to send the correction overnight, but claimed that they would send it out that day via 'express.' Two days later, they sent a message saying the product was out of stock. They claim they are sending a return label and will give me credit when they receive the incorrect merchandise."

"Every time I called to get a status of my order I was lied to by their poor customer service. They lied telling me for 4 days in a row that my product had shipped when in fact it never did. I would track and call back and they told me that it was going to ship that same night and never did ship. I will spend more money somewhere else to get honesty and good service. They did take my money upon placing the order but I never received the product. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company to get my money back. "

Several days later I received an email telling me that the item was on backorder from the company and did I want to wait for the item or cancel my order. I cancelled the order and bought the product locally. A week later I noticed that I had not been credited for the item charged to my credit card. I wrote the company an email asking that they please credit me for the cancelled order. A day later I received and email from Vitadigest saying, "Thank you for your order, it has been shipped, here is the tracking number...." I then checked the tracking number, and it did not exist. I am not going to waste my time dealing with these people, and have reported them to the Fraud Dept of my credit card company.
