Asked for help via the chatbot since that's the only way; they referred me to their support services, but still haven't heard back from them either. I keep getting automated emails back saying they'll get back to me within 24-48 hours. That was nearly two weeks ago. Disappointing especially since the fix is so easy; all they have to do is re-send the access code."
