"On 10/19/19, I had started to purchase 2019 World Series tickets but stopped short of actually placing the order. As an incentive to complete the purchase, I received an e-mail from Vivid Seats with a 10% offer off of the tickets I wanted. On 10/22/19, I went to complete the purchase. I selected the tickets I wanted and it was showing the discounted price when I made the selection. However, when I went to checkout, it was showing the original price, not the discounted price. So, I called Vivid Seats. I was expecting a very long time on hold. However, someone answered the phone almost right away. The female customer service rep. was very helpful and I was able to purchase the tickets I wanted at a discounted price very quickly."

"I attempted to order my tickets online but the credit card blocked the call. At that point I was stuck in the water. I opened a chat session and got connected to Ryan Sederstrom. He immediately recognized the problem and had me all my credit card company to unblock the charge while he waited on the phone to be sure things went smoothly. The card charge was finally unblocked and the charge went through. Almost immediately the order showed up in my inbox and about 5 minutes later the tickets were there.
