"Girlfriend tried surprising me with tickets to Bears game on Nov 10th. When she got home and showed me receipt it said hospitality area as our row and I got suspicious. I went on Chicago Bears website and found out what they actually sold us was three entry passes to Midway restaurant at Soldier Field and that you can't even get into the stadium without actual game tickets. They charged us 300$ for what cost 150$ on the Bears official website. When we contacted them we got plenty excuses and zero answers. Craziest part was they told us we couldn't even resell them on their website because they weren't actual game tickets. So how did they sell them to us in the first place right? Garbage company, garbage customer service, and misleading and falsely labeled advertising. Went from birthday surprise to nightmare real quick. Instead of buying tickets from vivid seats just throw your money in the garbage and stay home that day because that's what will end up happening if you buy from them anyway. "
