He never rushed anything or tried pushing tickets at no time during the phone call not once ! "I purchased tickets to see Bob Dylan in Chicago 10/27/17 through Vivid Seats the day before the concert started. The day of the concert I called their customer service team about still not receiving my tickets and they guaranteed me that I would either receive the tickets I purchased or receive new tickets by the time the concert started. I left from Michigan, and after the cost of tickets, gas, parking, and tolls I ended up paying $200 to attend this concert just to find out once I got there that I still hadn’t received my tickets. I called Vivid Seats and they told me that the tickets had already been sent to me, they were not going to refund me my money and they had already sold all of the other tickets. I asked their customer service team for proof that these tickets were sent to me and they told me they couldn’t provide any. So I asked them if they could at least provide me the email address that should have emailed the tickets to me and they said they couldn’t do that either because they have to protect the identities of their sellers. Which makes absolutely no sense, since I should’ve received an email from them in the first place. The entire experience was a nightmare. The staff are not helpful at all and are actually very rude. Most of my time on the phone with them I spent on hold and I actually had to call them back multiple times because they said they were transferring my call, I’d be on hold for 10 minutes and then they’d just hang up. Unless you’ve got money to lose, I would pick a different ticket provider. "
