"Bought 1 ticket for LSU @ TN. Front row, 50 yard line. Started getting calls and emails that the first row was "handicapped access" and asked if I wanted to move to row 2. Called the stadium and they told me this was a lie. So I told Vivid that I did not want to change my ticket. They called me back and said they don't have that ticket anymore. I reserved this seat in January '17, they sold it out from under me in August. They would only refund me 50 dollars of my 450 dollar ticket.
Getting on and checking prices today, one week before the event (not nearly a year before) and I could pay less for TWO row 2 tickets today than I did for this one. Literally, I could buy 2 row 2 tickets today and take a friend for less than I paid nearly a year ago even after the 50 dollar refund.
Absolutely will not shop with them again. Literally, if they are the only place to get tickets I'll trust a scalper before them."
