I need them to authorize and pay for return shipping and for them to send me a replacement fan. This company doesn't have any customer service and thus if your order isn't correct, you will get upset."
"Wanted to purchase a Minka Rainman ceiling fan from WAMHomecenter.com, but I read in the policy section that I should call to check availability. Tried calling three times before 5 pm EST, got through to automated system, pushed #2 which was for pricing/availability. The phone then rang and rang, then went to a busy signal. Not sure I would do business with a company that does not post product availability other web companies (e.g. Amazon.com) and cannot be reached to tell me whether or not it's in stock. Think they just lost my business on a $350. ceiling fan."

"I placed an order on 06/07/2011. One day later, I emailed to see if my item was in stock. I received an email indicating that it was in stock and would be shipped out in 3 business days. A week later, I made two phone calls to request my order status and was told that the item was in stock but it would probably take one more week to ship out. Very disappointed with the shipping speed. I will update the review once I receive my item.
Update: My item was received on 06/24/2011. In spite of the shipping delay, the item is in great quality. My family loves it. I'm updating to give it a 4-star."

This is not the company you want to do business with. I had place an order 3/24/11 for $ 1870.59, the CC was charged at same day. No call or e-mail from them, later found out they had cancel my order due to the pricing increase from their supplyer, is this my problem? they had post on their site and was paid. I had call and e-mail many times and still can't get this company to reply. there no customer service at all.
This company is very dishonor and false advertize pricing on their web site, please do not place your order form them.

They said “There was a price error on the site. We contacted the customer promptly and notified" Please provide call log when I was "Called"? and price discount? HAAAAA... I had Paid few hundred more.....and when They call there were no apology, "they raise price so we can't give you this price."
And they said they are had too many call that is why they can't answer phone or e-mail, why when my last e-mail I send which is two weeks+ after the order, and disclose my CC was charged and never was refound it, and that get "refound quickly"
if you can't handle bacic business don't try to cover up.
