I ordered some hard-to-find dog food from wag.com and I was quite pleased with the entire experience.

1. Their website is relatively clean, easy to navigate and offers an enormous selection of products (among the best selection I've found anywhere!)

2. Prices are very competitive.

3. At a certain threshold, shipping was free. Considering the weight of bulk dog food, this was quite a nice bonus. Additionally, the shipping was very fast.

4. I received excellent email notifications at each stage of the process.

On the downside, I was charged tax on my purchase, but this is a matter of location and tax law, not really a flaw of the vendor.

In summary, based on my experience, I would recommend wag.com without reservation. It's a well-designed, well-run, professional business, and an asset to web-based commerce."
