"I ordered my husband a pair of house shoes for Father's Day, right color, right size, last pair in stock. I received my order confirmation the same day, go in to check the status 3 days later (5/15/17) and the item still says processing so I call customer service to check on it as it is scheduled for delivery (5/17/17) and am told that the item will be shipped that day, ok no problem. Next day the item STILL says processing and I still have not received a notice of shipment in my email. I also notice that the pending transaction has been released back into my bank acct. So once again I'm on the phone and get told that the order was cancelled because there were no more in stock, they found the item and again was told it's be shipped that same day. Still no shipping email by the end of the day so I call AGAIN and someone is finally honest and tells me that there were no no more in stock at all so there was nothing being shipped. At this point I'm highly upset and request the supervisor who apologizes and then proceeds to tell me that if the item comes available again they will just ship it. I cancel it and let her know that do not want it anymore but apparently a cancellation "isn't guaranteed" which makes no sense so she's basically trying to force this item upon me that I have now several times refused and told them DO NOT take that money out of my bank acct. Her response "sorry ma'am, there's nothing else I can do, but once you receive the item you can return it in-store" so to wrap this up I wound up calling my bank to explain the issue and they cancelled the card I was using and sent me new one so that if and when they try to ship it, the transaction will be declined. These people are ridiculous and I will NEVER order anything from their site again. If you want to shop at Walmart go to the store. The site is way more trouble than its worth. "
"First attempt the postal carrier received a request to send back the item to Walmart the day it was suppose to be delivered. Same day called and was told that it would be cancelled, reordered and expedited w/o additional costs. 5 days later no tracking number received. Called again and they said there was an error on their part in regards to their processing. Once again i had the order cancelled, reordered, expedited and receiving a 10% discount. Next day the new order did not populate on my account. Had to chat with them again and the rep was being unempathetic and had to repeat many things. Then claims that no order was made and i wouldn't receive the item b/c its cancelled and no 10% discount. Lastly gave the excuse that the item was out of stock. "

"Very bad experience. Ordered online pickup. Never requested to cancel the item but got cancellation email and pickup email at the same time. Went to the store and they said the system cancelled the order. It is a waste time and gas to go there to do a pickup. My advice is don't trust the pickup discount since they will loot you to their store and cancel your item."
"Called Walmart.com to inquire about a particular car tire. I was told by the rep in the Philippines that the tire is in stock and would be delivered to the Walmart store in my town by 8am the following day so long as I place my order by 4pm the previous day. After I placed my order online, I received a message that the order will be delivered days later not the next morning as told. I have been without a car for 4 days. I called Walmart.com several times today to inquire about the status of my order now that 4 days has passed and it is past 6pm PST. The rep in the Philippines asked me every question she can come up with only to hand up on me. I called back, spoke to another rep in the Philippines. She said she was going to call the Walmart store in my town to see whether the item has been scanned. I gave her the name of the automotive department at Walmart who was on duty. Instead, she's ends up speaking to a young man in the electronics department. Wth!!! Did I order a TV or a tire????? She tells me that the tire is delayed and will not be shipped for another 4 days. The tire that was supposed to be delivered by 8am the day after I placed my order online will not be delivered till 8 days later. Someone shoot me. Please. The level of incompetence at Walmart.com is beyond me. I learned from my lesson. I will cancel my Walmert.com order, run down the street to Wheel Works, pay an extra $10 and have the exact tire installed."
"I specifically ordered an item on Walmart.com because it said 2-day shipping and said it would arrive by Sat., 05/13. The item is a gift, and was not delivered on time, and is still in transit. This is standard shipping practice? I'll stick with Amazon from now on, where 2-days means TWO DAYS. "
"I knew I should've used Amazon, but instead I ordered a Green Fidget Spinner that lights up for my grandson from Walmart. I received a blue spinner that doesn't light up. I paid $15.99 for the light up one compared to the others that don't light up for $4.99. When I called Walmart to see how to return this one and get the one I ordered, they told me I had to call a different company. Of course the company, Paradise Treasures, doesn't answer the phone, so I guess I'm stuck with something I didn't want. I will remember to always use Amazon from now on. I'm done with Walmart."

"I orderer a pair of tablets online to be picked up in the store that day. Walmart processed the order, payment and then sends me an email stating my order was delayed due to financial review. Two days later I still have no tablets yet they have my money. I've called, chatted all to no avail. When I call to cancel the order to just go buy them in store they inform me it takes 5 business days to refund the funds. I wouldn't recommend ever using thier buy online & pick up option. First and last experience with walmart.com. They just lost a customer."
"We have been shopping @ the Unser/southern store in Rio Rancho NM and it's always clean & neat the Great Value Walmart products are about 1/2 of the regular prices and the people are kind & Courteous! Sure they check you sometimes going out but, that's what you are supposed to do.

"I ordered a chair for my backyard and was pleased to see it was offered with free shipping. Well, buyer beware. I'm getting just what I paid for. It stated it would be delivered on Wednesday, and I anxiously looked for it only to see, by checking the tracking, that it would not be here until Thursday. Thursday morning, the tracking showed it left Champaign, il and would be delivered in the afternoon. Oh, not so. After checking when I got home, the tracking changed stating it arrived in Champaign that afternoon and now would be delivered on Friday. I'll believe it when I see it, which I'm not sure I will. I should have checked the shipping reviews and purchased my longed for chair from someone else. Lesson learned"
"I placed an order Tuesday after the 2 pm cutoff but still expecting to receive my shipment by end of week. Sure enough it shipped Wednesday from a city maybe 3 hours away so all should be good right? Wrong!! It was shipped via FedEx Smartpost and now has an estimated delivery day of next Thursday.. 10 days after placing my order. Did I mention it shipped from 3 hours away from me?? If you can't honor your Free 2-day shipping don't advertise it!!! This was a first for me and definitely a last... I will gladly be making my way back to Amazon.com."
"I made a purchase online, when I received the Item, I noticed that by mistake I picked the wrong item, I went to a walmart to do the return, and they said that I have to contact the vendor, because they could not receive the items back, also I spoke with customer service.
I contacted the vendor, after I spoke with them , they said that I have to pay for the return.
I am very upset, my deal was with walmart and not with the vendor, what happens, between walmart and their vendors, is not my fault, walmart should accept the items back."

"My walmar.com account was hacked. As soon as I got the email saying there was something ordered and it was being processed, I got online and canceled the order. I also contacted the 3rd party seller and told them to cancel it because I did not order it. I also contacted my bank and told them my card was stolen. Well, the next day it showed the order as being shipped. I once again called Walmart.com and told them not to ship the item because it was stolen, as I had told them the day before. They tell me they can't do anything and that I need to contact the post office to see if they can stop it in shipping and return to sender. So, I contacted the post office and tell them, they say they will do all they can, but as of right not the item hasn't shipped and it in the shipping label printing phase. So..the item ships and is delivered to the thief. He got a Ipad mini on my credit card, using my walmart.com account. In my account he put in about 6 other credit cards that he was trying to use. He also tried ordering on my card one time before the purchase went through, but because he got the home address wrong, it canceled. The second time he got the billing address right and was able to make the purchase. I have a hard time believing the fraud department didn't flag the account after he added a bunch of cards to it...I am guessing it's because they don't have a fraud department.
I say that, because after nearly a month, I see the charge still on my account. I call my card and dispute the charge and they remove it. I called Walmart.com again, well actually I sent in multiple emails and they called me back because to get a actual number seems to be a act of God.
I speak with the lady and she tells me that she cannot refund my money and that it was basically my fault for having my information in my profile and that maybe I shared my password with someone and thats why my account was hacked. Um no, that was not the case at all. She said I needed to get the charge removed from my bank and that Walmart doesn't process fraudulent charges like that and there was nothing she could do on her end.
I guess there was nothing they could've done within those 10 minutes after the order was placed and I contacted them telling them that it was theft. Nothing they could've done the next day....or the other time I contacted them.
If you shop online, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere, if your account gets hacked with Walmart.com, they don't care and its alot of wasted time trying to get your money back. Shop somewhere that cares about their customers, as Walmart sure dont!"
