"I ordered 4 things 3 of the items that I have received so far and none where as described. The other item I haven't received is sold by a 3rd party and they won't return my call to cancel my "Still processing" order. 2 of the of the items were blouses that were grossly mid-sized and I've called that 3rd party supplier also and received no response. The one item that was actually from walmart they Saud they would refund my money for it but after 7 days it still isnt in my bank account. BUYERS BEWARE. I will never order from walmart.com again after this experience."
"I spend thousands a year at Amazon and Costco but Walmart had a Kayak almost as good but for less than the one I was about to get at Costco. They sent a lesser kayak than the one I ordered because the one I ordered was out of stock, then said I can take it and have the price reduced to the price of the one they did send but because it's not on sale it actually cost more. Basically they sent me a lesser product and said take it or leave it, no discount. A waste of my time and gas and now the Kayak I originally wanted from Costco is also out of stock. Walmart.com will not replace Amazon or Costco in my house. "
"I ordered an item from Walmart which was expected to be delivered by 29th June and its 4th July today but there is no update on the item. Called customer care and they said it will be delivered today and we cannot do anything else. Seriously?? You people are saying its a holiday today which I know. The problem is not the holiday today but it was supposed to be delivered by 29th which it hasn't. I am always used to order things through Amazon but just wanted to try Walmart once. Now Walmart has given me enough reasons to not move away from Amazon. You people want to compete with Amazon but I am sorry you people are nowhere near to their promise and especially their customer service."
"I have tried this service a couple of times; neither time has my order arrived in the promised 2-day shipping, and it arrives in several different boxes, not like Amazon when you order everything arrives in 2-days, on the doorstep in ONE BOX! I made it a point to order all items that qualified for 2-day shipping, and Wal-mart as the distributor. The last order I had several items cancel, and the CSR could not tell me why only to tell me that this was happening and there was no explanation, I did not receive a credit for the items that were cancelled either. Got inexperienced customer service people, one who could barely speak English, the other one, nice young man, but no experience and told the customer "there is nothing I can do for you." which is a big 'NO NO' in customer service to tell the customer that, when I asked for corporates number he put me on hold, I found it in less than 5 seconds on a Google search so I hung up. I placed a order last Thursday, it is STILL NOT here, and the explanation was "we donot ship on Saturdays or Sundays." I said, "well no where on the website does it say 2 day shipping onely on weekdays." Besides, order on Thursday, should have been shipped on Friday and received on Monday, NOT, this 2-day shipping is now six day shipping, so I had to go out and buy all the items that I ordered unfortunately my cat will not wait to eat! Now I have to go to the trouble of returning all theses items, if they ever arrive! I WILL NEVER use this service again, it is horrible, but if you want to wait a longer than normal time for a shipped item then I would say go for it, prices are okay, but now they have it that you have to order a minimum of 2 items, which I don't always want 2 of something. That's a rip off. Something should be done to take Wal-mart to task on this promised 2-day shipping which it is false advertising it is not and never is 2-day shipping. My next door neighbor waited 10 DAYS for her order that was promised in 2 days. Wal-mart go back to the drawing boards and while you do that I will go back to
Amazon and pay the little extra to get the service and when Amazon promises they deliver, (no pun intended)! I will say with the exception of the last 2 customer service people, the customer service has been pretty good. So, if I could give this a zero stars I would. Very dissatisfied with Wal-Mart and will be calling the Corporate office to complain about Wal-Mart not living up to their advertised 2-day shipping. I made doubly sure to order items distributed by Wal-Mart (which BTW they do not tell you that you need to order from Wal-mart and not other suppliers to get the 2-day shipping, and also items that qualified for 2-day shipping). "I made the mistake of trying Walmart.com instead of Amazon for a Neuma product I use on my hair. I placed the order on June 20th and was charged $30.69 for 3 each. I received a notice about this order that said I received an adjustment for the order with the reason stated as "CustomerChangedMind" which was not correct. I did not change my mind about what I ordered. The adjustment was for only $10.23, not the full amount, so I reached out to the seller, SAYN, through Walmart.com. SAYN replied, "We issued you a full refund because the item you purchased is out of stock." Since the actual full amount was not refunded I phoned Walmart.com and was told that a credit would be processed within 2 to 3 business days. It wasn't. So I phoned back and was told again that a credit would be processed. So, 12 days later, no product and still the full credit is yet to be issued. In the meantime, I ordered what I needed from Amazon and it was delivered in 2 days. "

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 bookshelves on June 15. They were supposed to be available for pickup June 23-according to the email. They didn't arrive. I spoke with a rep and was told my order was "lost." So I was told I could wait 48 hours to see if it would arrive. I waited & It didn't arrive. So I spoke to someone from Walmart.com & they assured me my package was not lost and it would be arriving between June 25-26. It is now Thursday June 29 and I have received NOTHING. NO EMAIL...NOTHING. I contacted a rep today and I was told AGAIN that my order is lost. I don't appreciate being lied to by the reps & This is unacceptable. "Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon but have failed miserably. So far half my "free 2 day shipping" items have not been delivered in 2 days as the order stated. Received one wrong item. Another item package was damaged and coated all items the box with powder (Borax) and a bag of chips were packed under heavy cans and boxes turning it to crumbs. Customer service for order problems online is a hassle and trying to start a return leads to a dead end - "your request cannot be processed at this time". So to return items I will have to drive to my local store cancelling out the free shipping not to mention the line I will have to wait in. Amazon would have delivered on time and if an item was damaged or wrong it is very simple to request a refund or replacement. Will stick with Amazon in the future. "

"I ordered a Hair 5 cubic feet freezer, it came damaged. The box was too damaged to ship it back in. I was told , by a manager to go buy a box at Walmart to return it in, there aren't any boxes that big! I was told to wait for the replacement use that box! It was damaged too, oh yes! They would not replace it only refund and I return BOTH freezers! I finally. Got $25 off the least damaged and just return one. $25 for all that! "I created an account with Walmart.com gave all of my PERSONAL information required for an account. I purchase an item. Try to log on the next day and apparently I don't have an account. Tried to log In. Didn't work tried to reset password. But when I tried to do the emial confirmation but it sayd my email wasn't even linked to an account... Buullllllssshhhiiitt.. what did you do with all of MY PERSONAL INFO? tried to go through the customer service and they did nothing :D Like wow wall Mart i should have Stuck to Amazon huh? .-."
