"I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid using Walmart online ordering at all costs! You are better off going into the store unless you would like to spend hours wasted trying to deal with returning items that you did not order. I had order 6x 55L storage bins that were clear for kids toys, I received what Walmart though was an equivalent replacement which was 6x 18.9L bins dark grey and cost me the same price. Completely unacceptable and now have to wait a week for refund so I can go purchase the correct ones in store. I will not be using Walmart online order ever again, and may avoid Walmart in general."
"I ordered a perfume for myself, the Walmart automated system sent it to different addresses and took a payment from my credit card. When I realized next day that is going to address that the system took from my previous order I couldn’t not cancel or change anything. The order went somewhere else and I got charged for it. I will never order from Walmart again. Their system is wrong they want everything fast fast fast without asking people for approval of address or payment method. No help from anyone when I called. "
"Never buy anything on sale at Walmart! Especially electronics! They will not honor the sale price or an exchange! I bought a ROKU Streaming stick for the sale price of $29.99 which had a bad controller. It took me a couple of weeks to install it because I was sick. They only offered a refund only no exchange. I had to pay $39.99- $10. more because of defective product.That is 30% more. Imagine if that was a $1000.00 TV. It would cost you $300.00 extra because Walmart sold a defective product. Walmart does not stand behind their products. I am not sure their sale products aren't QC rejects."
"I would NOT recommend anyone ordering anything from Walmart.ca. I ordered an expensive kitchen item with a delivery date 5 days from my order date. On the delivery day, I received an email stating that my delivery was delayed. There was no additional information as to a new delivery date. I called the following day to inquire as to the nature of the delay and if a new delivery day was available/known. This item is a Christmas gift, so I wanted to ensure that it would be delivered on time. The customer service rep read from a script and my "case" was escalated, stating I would hear back within 48-72 hours. In the meantime, the new ads came out, and the item was available in a different store for the same price. I decided to purchase the item and not risk a potential very delayed delivery (with no answers). I called Walmart.ca the day after the original delivery date to cancel the order. The customer service rep read from the exact same script as the previous day. I asked to have an email confirming that I canceled the order. I was told it would take 24 hours. The day after I canceled the order, I received an email from Walmart.ca stating that my item was being prepared to be shipped. I immediately called customer service for the third day in a row. Once again, I was given the exact same script as the two previous days, again with no answers, other than I can refuse the order when it gets delivered, assuming I'm at home to receive the delivery. Soon afterwards, someone from the "escalation" department called me to tell me that my order "should" be delivered on Nov. 28, 2023 and because it was already being prepared for shipping they couldn't cancel it. I reiterated that when I called to cancel it yesterday, it WAS NOT being prepared for shipping and there was no indication as to when it would be shipped. Why were the three other CSR not able to tell me the "new" delivery date? Why did it have to go to an "escalation" team? This person informed me that I had two options: refuse the order (assuming I'll be home); or return it to the store for a refund (I had asked one of the customer service reps this and they weren't able to tell me this information.) Either way, my credit card is charged.
This is the worst customer service model and online app I have ever ordered from, and I have ordered from many other online platforms. I will NEVER again order from Walmart.ca again, nor would I recommend anyone ordering from them either."
"I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!! "
"Walmart does NOT actually sell anything online. I ordered a scooter for $267, they charged my card for $267, and five minutes later they canceled the order. They said that the item is available, but it's standard procedure for them to cancel all first orders due to "unusual activity", and that anyone must order anything TWICE. I am not going to hand them over my money a second time. That sounds very sketchy and illogical to me. They also said that they will take 10 business days (which means 15 calendar days) to refund me. This is obviously fraud. Walmart are con artists."

"If you are a small business owner looking to sell your items on WalMart.com, PLEASE look somewhere else. I have never dealt with such awful Customer Service in my life. After nine requests, they FINALLY closed my account because I no longer wanted to do business with this shady company. Now I'm STILL waiting to be reimbursed for a HAND MADE dress they refunded a customer for, and the customer never returned the item. They refund customers BEFORE they return the merchandise. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was never contacted about the refund. The only way I knew it happened was that I happen to check my account.
I have had nothing but bad customer service and bad assistance since I began selling my items on their online shop. How on earth does a business like this stay in business? "
"Mega store has on register.Self service machines used to have hand held scanner. no mote. Self service machines are frequently broken. Today paid for on order with card before all self service service went down before I got my receipt. Tho machine showed " remove card " which meant that transaction went through. Took ten minutes of getting lies from fool employees finally manager said to just go even then a fool tried to stop me from leaving. Just walked out with the goods. "
"Whatever you do, don't buy tires from Walmart. They don't back up their product. How is it road hazard when there is a split in the side wall. Was she driving on the side of her car. They won't even honor the manufacturer warranty. Buy tires from someplace that will back up their tires, Walmart won't."

"The online shopping cart does not warn you that if you must cancel a pick up order you will not get your money back for weeks and weeks. You will have to hassle your way thru another subsidiary 800 number to talk with AI bots.
I canceled an order but the pick-up charged my card instead of holding the card. Customer Service kept calling it a hold yet it was a charge. I confirmed with my bank. After waiting 10 business days, they Now say it will have to go to fraud investigation because someone (an employee of Walmart) put it thru as a charge. I still have not seen a resolution to this and it's going on 3 weeks.
There is no disclosure to pick-up customers that this will occur and is a risk that Walmart will hold your money for 20 days or more. That alone is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. "

Just made sure I will never set foot in this place again. The lack of employees made it impossible to purchase anything. I bet they did not have 4 people on the floor of the entire store. You can’t buy it if you can’t find it and worse yet find someone to help you. I am 72 and shopped all my life and have seen bad service before but this was no service. I saw many people walking out because they waited 10 min in automotive and no one came to a page to help them. It is not the employees fault and probably not the store managers fault. It is the fault of trying to reduce employee expense but they are cutting the wrong part out, someone to help the customers find and purchase the items . Low price is worthless when you spend an hour trying to find someone to help you. I have to go to Wallmart but I will not have to go to this store again ever. Wallmart, you are simply not worth the trouble even if you were giving the stuff away ."
"The absolute WORST customer service. Bought an item sold through a 3rd party. Item got lost in the 2 week shipping period. I contacted customer service and was only offered refund. I need the item this weekend; they could do nothing else. They couldn’t send me a replacement because the seller was “removed”. Don’t have a seller under the Walmart name if you’re not going to be responsible for their products and making it right. Worst customer service. Will NEVER buy from Walmart ever again. "
