"My products came as scheduled, but the installation experience has been horrible. Our refrigerator was not installed level and keeps moving around. Still hasn't been resolved. Our beverage refrigerator was installed without leveling the door, now the door is crooked and doesn't close properly. Still not resolved. I am BEYOND frustrated."

"delivery not scheduled timely and dates changed three times. On the day of delivery it was 4 hours late and installation work went on into the evening. Delivery folks left my driveway in a mess and with cigarette buds everywhere. Recieved red knobs instead of stainless steel. Charged for microoven kit we did not order or needed. How do you make the customer whole for all the incovenience caused."

"Picking our refrigerator and ordering it went smooth. Salesman said it would take 10 days to get. Then a couple of days before it was supposed to arrive we were told it would be another two weeks to be delivered. Good thing we didn’t really need it right away since our old refrigerator was still operating. When it was finally delivered the installers were quick and efficient. They took care not to damage our wood floors. So far am happy with the refrigerator we purchased. "

Until I purchased a Viking Stove and Dishwasher that was a nightmare!!!!! Their installer was some sorta trailer park irate trashy person that went bonkers in my home and I was forced and intimidated to keep the product and deal with warranty instead of refusing it upon delivery. "

"Delivery and installation was absolutely perfect and smooth. Only complaint I have is...because we bought a large appliance that was over $1000, we were told that we would be given a free box of cleaning supplies...however, it was never delivered to us with the refrigerator we bought and when I called the store, I was just told that I would be contacted later when it's available. I have not heard back since then. I just felt like the sales person was just nice up until we purchased the refrigerator and after that, he could care less. :(

"Ordering online was easier than I expected. WDC follow up was great. I was able to upgrade the hoses for my washer with the customer service representative who called to confirm my order. The delivery time was on time and handled by a very courteous and capable two man crew. I do not like some of the features on my new washer, but that is not WDCs fault. It is just due to the computerized system, which now cannot be avoided and dictates things like water level, which should be at the discretion of the user. "
