"I worked with a very supportive and helpful sales person, who reassured me that my washer and dryer would work in my home, based on what I told him and the dimensions that I HAD MEASURED in my new home's laundry space.
He probably assumed, as I did, that the dimensions of the dryer were all the space that was needed. But nooooooo. Forgetting to allow for the space required by the exhaust hose from the back of the dryer means that it takes up more front-to-back room than I expected.
Although my washer and dryer are now installed, I CANNOT OPEN MY BACK DOOR. It is impeded by the dryer by, maybe, 3/4 in. The very nice installers told me that THEY DO NOT CARRY a more flexible hose to gain more room back there, but I could go to Home Depot and get a "flexi-hose" and have it installed and the dryer would push back enough to allow my back door to clear the dryer.
This would have been nice to know beforehand. My salesperson could have asked me the pertinent questions, suggested adding the amount of space needed to my measuring, getting the special flexible hose in advance. I would now have a dryer AND access through my back door. Now I have bought the new exhaust hose -- and have to find and pay someone to come attach it.
I hope that the salespeople will learn from my experience and give more practical help to their future customers."

"Delivered a faulty dryer on 15th of May 2017 and haven't replaced it yet. Its become a hazzle to get a proper customer service which is now down the drain. Worst experience ever. We and our friends are taking our business elsewhere.
As a customer we would expect a faulty machine to be replaced immediately with a working one. Here , they just keep sending technicians , wait for their reports and all blunder in the pretext of their policies. Its been over a month and been very stressful for us as new home owners.
Spoke to the salesman who could do nothing, spoke to his manager, who acts helpless ...

"Sam, our sales advisor was very helpful and professional, answering our many questions without pressure to sell. Good product selection and fair prices. We were particularly please with the delivery teams: Paul and Tammie for the stove and dishwasher and Will and Ruben for the washer and dryer. They were on-time as scheduled, courteous, and tried really hard not to cause any disruption to our house. Some minor adjustments to the connections were needed and they obviously knew what they had to do to complete the installation correctly and safely. They all provided an above average level of service and attention you don't encounter very often now a days."
"Overall our experience with the purchase of new kitchen appliances was excellent. Our sales rep at the store, Christian, was a true professional with the experience and knowledge to guide us through the selection process in a seamless manner.
The only shortfall with the experience was the below average communication during the delivery process. The contact with Paul was less then any customer service agent should give and his phone manner was poor to say the least. The delivery window was set at 1:30 - 3:30 as we desired due to other outside commitments yet the driver called at 12:00 to tell us the delivery would be made in 15 minutes. Well, this was unacceptable as no one was available to receive the delivery so they had to postpone it until the original time at 1:30. Just poor communications with the warehouse. Otherwise, the appliances arrived in perfect condition and all was good after the initial mix up."

"Got a call saying delivery in 15 minutes. An hour later I call asking where is washer and dryer delivery and am told they have to deliver tomorrow instead because they need 4 delivery men to deliver up my stairs. I take ANOTHER day off work and only 2 delivery men show up next morning. They know nothing about needing 2 more men and have no problem getting the washer and dryer up my stairs! Wasted day! Love the Washer and Dryer btw!"
"Purchasing was fine. Installation was not. They had to finagle with dryer set up and as it turns out - an "O" was busted resulting in water leaking everywhere. In setting up the repair, they kept wanting to go to purchasing address and not delivery address."
"I am a designer in Los Angeles. I have been buying from Warehouse Discount Center for many years. The majority of my business has been in the plumbing dept with Julie. I never had any problems with her.
Recently I bought a small refrigerator and microwave for my client's office break room. I ordered with Terry in Appliances. She took care of my order and everything was okay. When the delivery came there wasn't a microwave (2 weeks later). Terry checked and said that shipping/delivery made a mistake. Eventually we had to substitute another brand. Waiting another week and again no delivery. Terry checked and found out the unit was given to another order. Terry now has to order the original one again! I received a phone call last Friday from a woman in the delivery department and was told it will be delivered this week. On Monday I called to see if it really was coming. The girl in that department was very rude and snippy. She said it would be in Thursday.. It is now Thursday and I find out it will be here next week and maybe get it delivered mid week.
I am so frustrated and my client is not happy. Terry did nothing wrong it was the department who handles the orders and deliveries. If this was my first experience with WDC I would never return.
After more than a month I will go to Target and buy it directly. Unbelievable!"
