"We came into the Oxnard store predisposed to an LG dishwasher. We had one in our kitchen and was extremely please with its performance over the 10 or so year of use. Our thought was to go with the LG for a replacement, which we did. Janet, the SalesRep, was extremely good, very helpful and pleasant. However, the product is a greatly cheapened version of our previous LG dishwasher. Flimsy in construction and not user friendly. The door mechanism is awkward, the racks are prone to jumping off the track (therefore difficult to slide in when loaded), The racks themselves are not friendly to the user. I certainly would not buy another LG dishwasher and will give this advice to anyone in the market for one."
