"We purchased shower plumbing hardware from the Moorpark Wharehouse Discount Center for a bathroom remodel, and I will never in my life go to this store again. The only reason we bought from them was because they had a shower we liked IN STOCK. Since we were mid-remodel this was extremely important to us. They gave us the valve right away to have our contractor install and gave us a delivery date later in the week for the rest of the shower trim to arrive. That due date came and went and the shower trim didn't end up being available for pickup until two weeks after the date we were promised. Julie, the plumbing sales rep, was completely useless in explaining and updating us on what was taking so long for us to get our product as promised. Her manager James out of the Burbank store promised a partial refund because it took three weeks total to get something that we were promised was in stock, and after we received the shower trim he went back on his word on that and we were told there was no room for a discount or else we'd be "basically getting it for free". We paid over $800 for the shower trim, so free is the last word I would choose to describe this transaction. They profited bc of their dishonesty of something being in stock. We ended up with more out of pocket expenses because our contractor had to come back to our home two weeks after the rest of our bathroom was done to finish the job once we finally received the shower trim. We were straight up lied to, and throughout the nightmare they didn't return phone calls until days after we were promised they'd call. Worst experience of my life. I hope this review saves at least one potential customer from the headache, frustration, and unnecessary expenditures we were forced to endure. "

"In store service was good, but when I received the confirmation email I realized there was an error on the order. The wrong warranty was added & the charge to hook up my appliance was not included. When I called the store, it was an easy fix. The delivery was excellent. "

"The first attempt for delivery on Friday was canceled because the person got sick. The second attempt on the next Saturday a week later to deliver, the transmission on the truck failed. In rescheduling I was told they would work around my schedule, so they arranged for someone to arrive after 12pm the following Saturday. I later got a call that they could not come out at 12pm, and they said they could only have someone come out early and asked if 7am was ok. I allowed the change. I called to confirm a day earlier and they said that no deliveries can start until after 8 pm after they agreed to a 7am start (they arrived at 8:45am). The first Friday I took time off of work, the second Saturday I miss a family function, and the third Saturday I missed out on my kid’s sports events."
