"We bought a refrigerator specifically because it was in stock a month before our move in date to our new house. The day it was to be delivered I spent over three hours waiting for the delivery only to finally call WDC who said they tried to call me the day before to tell me it was out of stock. Now in these days of technologies I can tell you I had no record of such call or a message....giving them the benefit of the doubt I agreed to waiting 7 more days for another delivery date( now we are moved in with no fridge) after that 7 days I was again left high and dry. They claimed it never came in... After that we demanded to speak only to a manager to figure this all out, ultimately demanding a refund, finally three days later we had a refund. If that refrigerator was tagged with our name on it initially, we might have it as I write this, but apparently their policy is NOT to do that. If someone buys the same item and wants it delivered sooner than your date, guess what? You will be out of luck!!! Do Not Buy from here unless it can be delivered that day... Bad Service!!!!"
"My wife and I were casually looking around for a replacement washer and dryer. Our aging units were both having problems that would now be too expensive to fix. Our Kenmores were made by Whirlpool and were more than 20 years old. We had gone to a few places but found more questions than answers. We were at our son's house and decided to check out Costco. But when we got off the freeway in Burbank, a left turn was to Costco and a right turn was to the W.D.C., right off the freeway. We went right. And we couldn't have been more right to do so. The selection was enormous. We ended up choosing a Whirlpool Cabrio pair. The price was great and the service we received at the store was exemplary. Delivery was free and fast and they hauled away the old washer and dryer. The new units work wonderfully and seem to know more about washing clothes than we do. And that's okay with us."

"Ordered 2 hansgrohe shower valves and spent 2+ hours determining all other fixtures to outfit 2 homes. Valves were told to be ready 2 days later for pickup (after it was strictly said that timing was essential). Sent contractor to pickup said valves except only 1 was ready and told him to come back 2 days later (because it's doesn't cost me anything to have him lose half a day of work driving back and forth...). When they called me 2 days later too say the valve was ready they made it seem like it was may fault that I did NOT call to check things were ready first (great customer service). After speaking to multiple people (because the manager was "busy") I was told they wanted to offer me 10% off my next order (which is basically tax). Think I might be doing the rest of my ordering online with guaranteed delivery and free shipping! There goes about $10k in sales!"
"I purchased the dishwasher on a Monday. It arrived at the store on Tuesday and was supposed to be installed Wednesday or Thursday. No call from the installer Wednesday. No call Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Monday I called the store and they once again said the installer would call TODAY! No call!! Finally on Tuesday I had it with the misinformation and a very upset tenant waiting for a dishwasher. I called and was very angry with them. The installer did make it out on Tuesday. Very poor customer service and follow through."

"I was initially happy with this store. The service was good, as was the selection, and the prices were quite competitive. However, my dryer was defective upon delivery (there's a chronic rattling noise inside) and the store took no responsibility for it. I asked them for a replacement unit and they told me that I needed to go through the manufacturer for a warranty repair. That's a real inconvenience and not something one should have to do on a brand new machine. The store should have taken the machine back and dealt with the manufacturer rather than putting that burden on the customer. They've lost any future business they might have gotten from me. Next time I'll go back to Pacific Sales!"
