"Very pleased with the store and machines. One thing that might be mentioned is that if you are less than 5'8" tall, you would have to get a stool to reach the clothing out of the washer. It's very large and deep. Does a great job tho! "

"I ordered the body glove water system... they have it in stock in another store. It should have been a simple exchange from store to store. I ordered it on a Saturday i think... Sales person said should be here by Tuesday. Tuesday came and no phone call. Went there and my product wasn't there. Said should be there by weekend. Weekend came, and again no phone call. I called to make sure it was there before I make the trip. The manager assured me they have it. So I go the following day, and nothing. They were apologetic, but was blaming the other store. I called them after a few days and still nothing. My sales person had to go drive all the way to the other store to pick it up but the manager was trying to tell me that like they were doing me a favor with her picking it up. They couldn't even admit the salesperson herself made a mistake in the very beginning and couldn't get it right 2-3x. If shopping for appliances, try pacific sales at best buy... they can give you more perks."

"Every thing was fine , until installation. The guy showed up very late, was confused about what he had on his truck, and kept asking me , over the phone, for the manifest??? Then turned out he couldn't install anything. I had others hired who put in everything in in minutes. He didn't know what he was doing. Then he insisted I pay him for driving here, even though he did nothing. I refused, he threatened to sue me. Thank goodness I had some men here working on the house. They told him to leave and had to escort him out of the house. Will not use WDC again, and I've been using them for years, as has my family. "
