All worked out for the best as the item was delivered before the workers on my house went home for the day."

"I finally received by order after calling the freight company, whom was suppose to actually call me, to ask what the status was. Anyway they finally showed up today, which is roughly 2.5 weeks after placing the order. Anyway the shipping personal said, and i'm not exaggerating "we normally do curbside delivery, which is included in your order but to take it upstairs you'd normally have to pay $45, if you like i can take it upstairs for you but i need to be compensated about half." I then followed by saying, "thats fine i can take it upstairs myself but could i just borrow your dolly because i usually get deliveries upstairs to my unit and dont have anything else to carry it" his EXACT reply "well you know i can't leave that behind and not sure if you'll come back downstairs with it so i'd have to come upstairs with you and again thats a fee."
ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME, thats the last time i order from your company. When the item was finally in my unit and i opened the box I noticed a nice dent right in the very mid-center of the fridge. I would ask for a replacement but after taking so much time and having to deal with horrendous personal i'd rather live with it as a reminder of never to do business with your company again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
"I think it would be helpful if they said up front when you give a deposit that it is only to hold the price and not get the order started. There was a slight hiccup when they were supposed to deliver the items and we were told that one thing would be delayed by about a week. In the end, after numerous calls, we were able to get all items delivered at once on the scheduled date."
"Sales person was great the warehouse delivery and service it was terrible my washing machine was leaking they send someone out and they just took a look at it did nothing and said that I would need to call GE and GE said they couldn't get out for four days not happy"
"I had a refrigerator delivered to my house and it was too tall for the space. It was literally in my house for 5 minutes and they charged me over $500 in restocking fees. When I bought the refrigerator the salesman told me if there were any problems that I could return it< no problem, within 3 days. I assumed "no problem" meant without any charges. Obviously this was not true. I have bought many items at WDC and had a sink picked out for my powder room. I called the manager and asked him if this 25% restocking fee was worth losing a customer over and he didn't seem to care. In the ads they say that this is a family owned company and they love referrals. I have owned my own business for over 25 years and I would never treat my customers in this manner. I will never shop at WDC again and neither will my family or my neighbors after I told them what happened to me. Terrible business model. Disgusted!

"There were a few mix ups with the ordering of the wrong oven and delivery to the wrong address which delayed my construction and listing the property for sale. However, the saleswoman Roshana was amazing and fixed everything she could. Mistakes happen. I would use them again. I didn't not like the salmon who seemed really lazy when I called to tell him the issues and Roshana wasn't there. I'm glad he was;t my first or only interaction. "
