I placed an order April 2022 through affirm credit. I never receive any update from them in 6 month. Then I contact them after 6 month (October) ask for refund. Customer service was told me they canceled my order and issued my refund . Since that day I was calling them every other day asking for my refund and same story. I contacted affirm credit as well and didn’t get any help from them. Affirm credit was told merchant didn’t process any refund. If they don’t process any refund you will responsible for the balance. Something I never receive from watch rapport. I am still paying every month to affirm. I feel like I am trapped by 2 scammers. I am still paying for something I never receive. Next step I will contact my AG office. I am tired of calling them every other day and get same music"
