"I ordered a gmt2 back in feb of ‘22. They advertise the process as taking between 90-180 days. After about 130 days I contacted them and all i was told is it takes 180 days. I became uncomfortable with the process and canceled the order on July 1. I was assured the refund would appears in 10 business days. It did not . After 3 weeks and numerous phone call and emails where I was given all sorts of excuses, i filed a dispute with my credit card. It took until oct 9 to get the refund. From july 1 until oct 9 they held the funds. Dont not bother with them- stay far away"
