"Last month I sent my Phillip Stein watch to Watch Repair because the chronograph was not resetting properly. The process began with this excellent company emailing me a shipping document and instructions. Shortly after sending the watch I received communication from them acknowledging their receipt and a repair number which I used to track the status of work on their website. After a few weeks passed I received an email detailing the problem and the repair work needed. My approval was required as was a credit card for payment. A few weeks later I received acknowledgement that the repair was completed and the watch on its way to me. Days later the delivery service arrived requiring my signature. The watch looked and functioned as it did on the day I purchased it.
