"I ordered a bed, it took a little while to arrive. When it did, the box was coming open and the metal slats were falling out. I opened the box to put it together only to find that one of the main long metal reinforcement pieces was bent at a 45 degree angle. I emailed them right away and asked for a replacement part. I would have returned it had I not already waited for the bed and needed something to sleep on. The part did NOT come quickly. I wouldn't recommend getting anything unless it's the expedited shipping.
I have had positive experiences in the past, but it's also not the first time I've received damaged items."

I usually spend at least two hours browsing to see what new products have been introduced since my last visit. It is so easy to place an order online, too. I have never received anything from Wayfair that I didn't order; i.e., a replacement. Having never had to return anything I ordered, I cannot speak to the ease of returns, but I would imagine that it would be effortless. Great service !
