"I have shopped online multiple times for "high ticket" items from multiple companies, including several times from Wayfair. In my opinion Wayfair has proven to be at the top of the pack regarding the process and the customer experience from start to finish. Even the one time there was a problem (I believe it was the shipping company's mistake), I reached out the Customer Service Department and they overnighted a replacement product for me. It was on my door step the next day when I arrived home from work. I'm definitely a customer for life!
