There was no visible damage to the shipping box. And it was packed very well.
So it must have been packed damaged from the manufacturer.
The Wayfair team was very prompt and personable in responding to my email/ request to
return it for a refund.
I always felt like I was talking to a real person. (actually a couple of people) and they did everything
they could to make this right for me- promptly refunding the amount of money.
