"Product was a disgusted Amazon product with dangerous sharp edges on slide for kids. Very poor quality. I returned product but the not only haven’t returned my money, they charged me double!!!! I have had to report fraud to bank and customer service, supervisor and resolution management are all rude and unhelpful.

"We have ordered two different bookcases from Wayfair. Both items were listed in stock. Both items were delayed, yet we were only notified of the delays each time the very day the bookcase was to arrive at our doorstep. Very little information was given on their website. Phone calls to customer service also gave similarly vague details. It was only after we escalated an issue to a supervisor that we found out that the first bookcase had supplier issues and wasn’t even being made. Why were we not notified of this? After we cancelled this order, we were given a 10% coupon that didn’t arrive. I had to call customer service again to make sure they sent it out (apparently it was checked to be sent out, but the supervisor never actually hit the “send” button). When we ordered the second bookcase, again listed in stock, we noticed that our first bookcase we wanted was somehow conveniently listed as out-of-stock on their website--only after we had our issues of multiple delays. The day our second bookcase was to arrive, we get an email that the item was delayed. Again, vague details, and I had to call customer service who confirmed that this was indeed another supply chain issue. The artificial delay of needing to wait for 6 more weeks was actually placed by Wayfair, not the supplier. In fact, if I didn’t call, the likelihood that in 6 weeks time I would get another email from Wayfair saying the item was delayed was quite high. The worst part of this is the supplier for the second bookcase is actually the same supplier as the first bookcase we purchased, which begs the question why didn’t Wayfair flag all products from this supplier as backordered or out-of-stock when this issue with this supplier was escalated to their investigative departments? From a customer’s end, I shouldn’t have been able to purchase that second bookcase and then wait 2 weeks for the same poor result. Don’t buy from Wayfair. Unreliable and poor customer resolutions."
"Bought a medicine cabinet from Wayfair.com. Had to request a replacement due to damaged hinge holes. The only option I had to get full credit was getting an exact replacement and boy was it exact as it had the exact same issue. The only good thing was I did not have to ship the first one back or I would have had to pay for the return shipping."
"I ordered a Suncast garbage can in May 23 and after 4 weeks of looking at the "ordered" status. I was told by customer service that even though it was showing as back ordered I ordered prior to that status to receive it. As another week went by in my new residence I looked again and there was no progress. After reaching out again the customer service person was surprised that no one had told me that it was no longer available. They issued a return and a measly 10% for my inconvenience. Later I was assisted by the sales team to get an item that was close to the original product. I spent another $150 on a garbage can only to have it delivered to an unknown address. As of now I have been waiting 6 weeks for a garbage can. I will gladly choose Amazon because of the dependability vs. Wayfair which has little ownership and control of the vendors they sell. "

"I ordered a shed on 4/30 and delivery was expected 5/2. Item did not ship til 5/2 and the estimate was 5/3. Tracked thru FedEx showed that it would actually arrive 5/8. Got bait and switched by Wayfair. Contacted customer service and was lied to and gaslighted. They knew that the item would be sent from GA to CA and would take a week. I purchased it on the expectation that it would be delivered quickly and from a nearby location to reduce the chance of damage in shipping. Will not use Wayfair again and I strongly recommend not using this service. "

"I am HIGHLY disappointed in this Wayfair/Handy.com service... First, the purchasing/delivery went as planned.. Thereafter scheduling a $442.00 "handy man" service... This is where the process is/going completely unsatisfactory.
On February 7, 2023, A gentleman from handy.com "Martaveous B." contacted myself and texted "$51.00 from Handy.com isn't worthy the money to drive to your home and complete this pool table build. He attempted to schedule for days outside of my initial date of February 7, 2023. I also received an anonymous phone call about "paying more than the $442.00 pool table setup fee."
On February 8, 2023, A gentleman name Joshua T. called and stated "For the quality work he produces, he will need to get paid additionally to compensate for the money that Handy.com pays.
This is beyond ridiculous that I contact Wayfair customer support twice on February 7, 2023 (Between 11:30/2:30) timeframe to complain about this issue and I get the complete round around that led me to deal with Handy.com on my own. I do NOT recommend this company/service to anyone!!!!!"
"I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered by Feb. 7th. When it didn't arrive I checked and the order would possibly ship on the 14th. NO follow up or customer service AT ALL. I called to cancel. they don't care. I placed my order at Costco which I should have originally done as they actually care about customer service. "
"I ordered a chest of drawer with this company. My invoice had two different items, different models. I checked with them if this was OK. They told me that was fine, this was only the provider using different names for descriptions but I should be reasured that I would receive the correct items.
I got the items and ensambled it. Surprisingly the drawers were from a different model and I couldn't fit them.
I tried to return the item for a refund. First try, I spoke with customer service and told them I couldn't unensamble it, they said it was OK. The company came to collect the package and they said they couldn't take an item without its packaging.
Second try to return this. Now everything was packaged. They came to collect it but this time they only brought one label for one box when I received two boxes. They couldn't take the boxes with them.
Third try. I am still waiting for them, let's see what is the next excuse to not take the packages and let's see if I can get my refund easily.
Such a nightmare, I would avoid this company at all cost. Nevermore, very bad customer service they don't help with anything, they just make things more difficult for the client.
Couriers working for wayfair should avoid working for such bad companies as their reputation is going to be really bad.

"I’ve cancelled the order days before due to issues with debit card; I received the order anyways two days later and had to make a call back on why I received a shipment.
After returning the shipment via FedEx, I received a charge 2.5 weeks later on this cancelled transaction. This is infuriating and whether it’s the system acting up or customer service not following proper process, having to wait on their Finance team to “approve” my request to refund my money for a CANCELLED order is ridiculous.
Aside from this, customer service was kind. Yet, I question the policy/process on returning orders & automatic systems being used by the team."
