"Upon opening a rug delivered by Wayfair, we were overcome by a musty odor radiating from the rug. When calling customer service I was told that it was a normal smell due to packing prep. This was not a normal smell. I was told to open the rug in a sunny spot and sprinkle baking soda. Then vacuum. Alot of work for a brand new rug. I wanted to ship it back at no cost. After arguing with the customer service rep, we agreed to split the return shipping cost. I don't think I should have paid any return shipping cost as it was a damaged product. Very disappointed."
"I have been looking for an Outdoor Post Lamp for some time. I wanted it for light and security, so I wanted a photocell with a motion sensor. Those that had these features were very expensive; this product had a great price point and a photo cell is able to be added. The Support Team was very responsive in following up to assure the Photosensor could be added, where and how to add it and provide me instructions [blueprint] so I would not make a mistake.
This whole project went flawlessly and the finished installation looks great."
