"They hired a delivery service that could not find my house. Then blamed me because I didn't answer the phone. UPS, Fed-ex, Rooms to go and other delivery services have come to my house. I tried to give turn by turn directions but person on phone only replied with "I don't see it on google maps" . Whe I talked to wayfair, they kept refering me to the delivery company. I did not hire them, I bought from wayfair. They rescheduled delivery 3 times. Finally a driver called while I was home. I gave him directions as he drove because he could not remember 2 turns ahead. I tried leaving bad review on wayfair sight, but it amazingly never shows up.

The items that needed assembly were simple enough for one person to do, and the sections fit together perfectly. (Did I mention perfect more than once? Why yes I did.) The images on the Wayfair site were accurate, too, so that we were able to order chairs that matched our kitchen table ... perfectly. "I had purchased several products from Wayfair in the past with no issues on delivery or quality. This last time I purchased bunk beds and a matching dresser. I was disappointed to learn that the predicted delivery date once I got order confirmation was about a month....something that was not clear during the ordering process. I also didn't realize that the furniture would not be delivered directly to my home....it was going to a "delivery agent" in my area who would then arrange for delivery to my home. This would have been fine if the boxes didn't arrive at the delivery agent (within 2-3 weeks of my order date, which I was excited about at first) completely damaged. From there I lost almost 2 weeks while the delivery agent struggled to communicate with Wayfair on what to do. Wayfair did assign a delivery specialist to my order who was nice, but I was still frustrated with the fact that I needed furniture and it had to be reordered. The damaged order was delivered to me while replacements were en route, and the condition of the boxes and products inside was horrendous. The replacement order came a week later (somehow was shipped alot faster than the original) and even those boxes had some damage. Had to go through 2 full sets of parts to ensure I could assemble beds and dresser with close to perfect facades. Granted, I love the furniture, but 1.5 months later and still a mess of parts in my garage has frustrated me beyond belief. I know my experience was a fluke, but sloppy shipping practices can totally overturn great customer service and great products. "

"Before I ordered my bed I made sure that the in home delivery could be delivered to my 3rd floor apartment (2 flights of stairs) and I was told it wasn't a problem, the professionals would carry it up no problem. Upon delivery today a man showed up with my 100+ pound bed with no other help and then asked if I could help him CARRY IT UP?! Not only did I fall backwards up stairs trying to do it but I hurt myself and am very unhappy and upset about the delivery. If I knew this wasn't a professional team AS STATED in the shipping description I would have asked my fiancé to be here to help carry it.... "

"I ordered an 8-person hot tub, 82"x82", 645lbs. and the only delivery option was curbside drop off, you unload. I was told to be home when it was delivered because it is curbside drop off. The delivery service had to use a fork lift to get it in the truck. But when it arrived at my house the driver said I would have to help him get it off the truck bed because it would not fit on the lift gate to get off the truck. So he suggested to tip it half on half off and have myself and friends try to catch/support it and bring it down the 4 feet off of the truck!!! Absolutely not! I had to send it back to the warehouse because I did not want to risk injury or breaking the hot tub. A week later and they still cannot figure out how to get my hot tub delivered! I understand it says curbside drop off, you unload. BUT it never made it to the curb, they expected me to get it off of a raised truck and onto the curb. "
