"I'm not really what you would describe as a "big shopper" (typical man eh?) but if I can do it online and get everything I need at one place, I'm in! They seem to have the TYPES of things I like in every area and the prices always seem to be completely fair and TRULY REASONABLE.....and customer service is unlike any I have ever delt with....VERY amiable, kind, extremely knowledgeable and actually downright pleasant to talk to....I brag about wayfair to everyone for all of these reasons....and again the customer service--I use them A LOT because I'm not real good at understanding how businesses work and shipping and options and getting around a website....and if there is something wrong with what you bought?--no problem, let them know and you'll get another one....if there aren't anymore, they'll find one suitable for you and send it right out--even if it costs more than your original purchase....it is totally amazing.....AND...I've never had any customer service rep that didn't speak perfect english--and they are ALL so knowledgeable and professional and soooo cordial and friendly about not just the merchandise but how the company works and how to make sure you are satisfied--well connected to the whole staff as well as the whole company--really know their stuff....if they can't do it they will get you to somebody who CAN.........I know this probably sounds over the top and grandious, but I mean every word.....I might be a terrible shopper but I'm a completely HONEST person.....I know I talk too much--everyone says so----guess I'll end this here"

Gentlemen, I don't know where to go from here. I finally brought in the package today/ Because after over a month and 1/2 it's clear I won't be getting a return label. You have promised and so has FEDX, even the person who was at my door.
Right now I would be happy with a full refund. I broke my hip and have some large medical bills.

EMAIL TO WAYFAIR 8/4/17
PLEASE HELP. It's been over a month since I started the process to return my item. Every attempt has failed. So far I have tried the following:
1) REQUESTED VIA YOUR SITE A RETURN LABEL 3X.
2) I HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND OF WHAT I SHOULD HAVE TO DO. THANK YOU. PATRIA BARSTOW
VER GOT ONE AND CALLED EACH TIME WHEN I DIDN'T.
3) FINALLY THEY GAVE ME A R/A# TO PUT ON THE ITEM AND PROMISED FEDX WOULD PICK IT UP.
4) AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO WAYFAIR AND FEDX A FEDX MAN CAME BY BUT SAID HE COULDN'T TAKE IT BECAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE A LABEL, I EXPLAINED HE COULD GET IT FROM THE R/A OR I COULD PRINT OUT MY INFO FROM MY COMPUTER.
5) MORE CALLS TO WAYFAIR AND FEDX AND WAYFAIR CALLING FEDX AND OVER A MONTH LATER I STILL HAVE THE PACKAGE WAITING FOR THEM.
**I NEED THE REFUND MONEY DUE TO A BROKEN HIP CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME A REFUND NOW??
