"Overall, I'm happy with Wayfair as a company, their product selection, pricing, ease of website use, etc. but my latest experience was only sullied by the fact that I had t o pay return shipping & it was 2/3 the cost of the item I needed to return. The sheets I purchased did not match the comforter I purchased, so I needed to return them. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory & the process was easy. I will probably continue to use Wayfair, but will definitely check Amazon for what I'm looking for first, as I know it'll arrive quickly & I can ship back free of charge if needed. "
