I have never had to request a replacement twice, and many companies would make it difficult to get a refund or replacement just once. Not Wayfair though. This is why I love Wayfair. They have great products at often competitive prices, but what makes them truly stand apart as a first choice is their exceptional customer service. They are professional, pleasant, quick to respond, and make it easy to make it right."

I received the credit card bill and called Wayfair...the customer service area was excellent on getting me a refund, but I bought a new bed frame and have no mattress for it. I am not confident in ordering another one so I will shop local.
