"Way fair was doing great that I got excited everytime I order and I was telling everyone to just order at Wayfair. When they cancel a drop and reschedule it, I was kind of disappointed but I said that’s fine it’s the Holidays rush maybe. The. The bill came and Mom asked what’s is this Candied box that’s was charged? I said, what candied box? So, I search and found out, it was delivered but I don’t have it! Whoa! I emailed Wayfair but no one responded! After a week still no response, so I called customer support. Kimberly answered my call. She asked me what’s the problem? I told her my issue. She said, so what you want me to do? Refund you or redeliver? I said, I want the item redelivered. Kimberly said ok. She was an excellent help. I gave a 3 Star because of this oversight. I have not received it yet at this time but I hope it will be delivered soon! "
