"I have had excellent experiences shopping Wayfair, the majority of my purchases for our home in Florida has been through Wayfair. I have ordered from many of their departments and have been happy with almost everything I have received. The one exception to this is my experience with their towels and bedding, in both cases, I ordered items that were advertised as very pricey but deeply discounted. Unfortunately, the merchandise has been of extremely poor quality. Towels that had thread pulls, and seams that were open, they continually produced tons of lint with each wash and the colours faded very quickly. I have found the bedding to be the same, very thin cheap fabrics, and badly sewn seams.

Having said that I must also commend Wayfair on their customer service, it is excellent. Easy returns and replacements.

"I have purchased a number of items through Wayfair. com. Most of their items are name brand (i.e., Lenox, Fiesta, Spode, Royal Albert, etc.). They have a wide range of products and price ranges. Comparison shopping between other department stores and Wayfair for home items is simple as Wayfair carries about everything. I have found Wayfair to be the most reasonably priced on most, if not all occasions. I have had to return a few items over the years and have experienced wonderful customer service in the process. Items are well-packed and shipping is fast. I would highly recommend Wayfair."
