The vendor didn’t make excuses but we’re also very accommodating to send new ones to replace the broken ones. We had looked at many fireplace shops for new fireplace doors and they were very expensive. We found the ones we liked on Wayfair for half the price and the quality was superior! We will never be afraid to order anything on Wayfair! "
